Our client is currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Dispatcher to join our team at our Southlake, TX location.

Position Summary

We’re looking for a Service Dispatcher or with strong attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and experience in field technician coordination. This person will be responsible for dispatching HVAC technicians, and supporting field operations. If you’re a multitasker who thrives under pressure and excels in logistics and scheduling, this could be a perfect fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch HVAC technicians to commercial job sites based on availability, skillset, and location.

• Communicate with technicians, project managers, and customers to confirm schedules and resolve conflicts.

• Maintain and update service dispatch software with accurate job information, technician statuses, and completion notes.

• Review and validate work orders, customer service requests, and job site instructions.

• Provide real-time updates to field staff regarding job changes, emergencies, or material delays.

• Ensure all service tickets and job logs are accurately documented and filed.

• Coordinate delivery of materials, tools, and equipment as needed.

• Support service managers and project teams with administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; additional technical or administrative training is a plus.

• 2+ years of dispatching experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or general construction preferred.

• Strong customer service orientation with excellent phone etiquette.

• Proficiency with dispatch software (ServiceTitan, SERA, BuildOps, FieldEdge, or similar platforms).
